Bud Fogel
Currently the CEO of
Midwest Real Estate
Data, LLC; Bud has a unique perspective concerning listing content
aggregation and distribution resulting from 20 years as a broker/owner,
continuous involvement with the development of broker owned private MLS,
broker governance of regional MLS and his experience as a long standing
director of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS).
Bud has been a Realtor since 1972 with 29 years executive
experience with MAP Multiple Listing Service Inc., a not for profit,
broker owned, content service provider, located in suburban Chicago.
Recently MAP and (MLSNI) Multiple Listing Service of
Northern Illinois, one of the largest, regional multiple listing services
in the country, successfully consolidated the two organizations, creating
Midwest Real Estate Data.
