 Joel MacIntosh
Joel MacIntosh is founder and
Chief Executive Officer of
WolfNet Technologies,
a privately held company that specializes in providing web site and
Internet technology services to more than 80,000 real estate agents and
brokers nationwide. WolfNet’s services include its IDX/VOW MapTracks℠
property search, a national IDX/VOW system for franchisors, a complete
line-up of internet technology solutions for brokerages of all sizes, and
services for real estate Associations and MLSs including web sites, public
property searches and data consolidation and hosting.
WolfNet began in 1995 in “The
Dungeon,” the garden level of Joel’s south Minneapolis home.
Initially, WolfNet focused on building web site solutions and custom
ecommerce applications for clients in over 25 industries. In 1998,
WolfNet moved into offices in the historic warehouse district of
downtown Minneapolis and began servicing the Real Estate Industry with
mlsfinder.com, its IDX/VOW property search solution system. WolfNet
now exclusively services the Real Estate industry and continues to
develop cutting edge, innovative solutions for its customers.
Joel focuses on business
management, business planning, and product development. He is also
active in sales, marketing, client consulting, and speaking
engagements. Joel holds a BSB degree in Small Business Management and
Entrepreneurship from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of
Management.
