Mark Wise
 Mark
Wise is the Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of
Threewide Corporation
based in Morgantown, WV. Threewide was founded in 1999 and has focused on
data management needs within the real estate industry since its inception,
with a goal of making its partners more efficient and productive in
managing their most important asset – the listing data.
In 2007, Threewide launched
ListHub. ListHub is a listing asset management system aimed at
bringing independent market intelligence and technology to MLSs,
brokers, and agents that will help them do the best job possible to
leverage their listings in the online marketplace. ListHub allows MLSs,
brokers, and agents to control and understand their online marketing
efforts across numerous national real estate Web sites. ListHub is
currently the dominant listing distribution network in the real estate
industry, installed in 112 MLSs representing approximately 2.8M
listings, 750,000 agents and 40,000 brokerages.
Wise has worked in the real
estate industry since 1994, when he co-founded Webworx – a Web
development company serving area real estate businesses. When Webworx
was sold to Marcom Inc. in 1995, Wise became the head of Marcom’s real
estate division, where he developed and maintained Internet solutions
for real estate agents, brokers and MLS Associations.
A West Virginia native,
Wise understands and appreciates the need to create and keep thriving
businesses in the state. To help foster a healthy business environment
for entrepreneurs, Wise co-founded the West Virginia Entrepreneurs
Forum – a non-profit organization comprised of individuals from the
business, academic and economic development communities who help
promote the formation and success of innovative and growth-oriented
companies.
