Mike Bisping
Mike Bisping is
Director of Customer Relations for
NorthstarMLS,
overseeing customer service and rules compliance. Mike started his career
as a manager at the American Arbitration Association where he spent 8
years managing the Minnesota Supreme Court’s insurance arbitration
process.
He followed up
the rules experience with 9 years at the American Academy of Neurology. As
Director of Membership, he worked on international recruitment and
retention of 19,000 members, perfecting the art of the customer service
development plan.
Mike’s employment at NorthstarMLS has greatly improved his
relationship with his family. With a broker father, agent mother,
mortgage officer sister and contractor brother, he is happy to no
longer be excluded from family outings.
