Peter has been with the Metro MLS for twenty-four years. A seasoned manager and information professional with over thirty-five years of experience, he has held positions in private industry and state and county government. His responsibilities have included programming, IT analysis and design and corporate management. He speaks nationally and facilitates organizations in their strategic planning and use of technology.

Metro MLS, a long-established regional multiple listing service, is a web-based data information exchange of eleven area RealtorĀ® Associations which provides services to over 8000 agents in southeastern Wisconsin and the Greater La Crosse area. Its subsidiary company WIREdata Corporation, works with tax and assessment officials to standardize and aggregate real property information and make it available to the brokers and real estate industry through both the MLS systems and web subscriptions.

Peter was the 2004 President of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), a national organization dedicated to the management and advancement of MLS organizations and leadership; he is a founding member and the first Chair of the NAR MLS Association Executives. He continues his involvement with NAR committees and Work Groups and Leadership. He is proud of his work with the International Real Property Foundation (IRPF), having worked in Russia, Armenia, Panama and Ukraine, whose mission is to assist the world community in adopting the best US practices in their emerging real estate environments.
