Shana Pearl joined
Prudential
California Realty in 1996 after 21 years selling real estate to
establish a technology platform for the rapidly growing company. Today,
with the back office system and network in place, she concentrates on
agent technology services -- providing sales associates with products that
enrich the consumer experience and increase the agent’s value to their
clients. Her prior experience as an agent and office manager is invaluable
in helping her to determine which technology products will be the most
beneficial to agents in growing their business.
As an association director, Shana was instrumental in helping form
Sandicor Regional MLS and sat on the original board of directors. She
served several years as a director for California Association of Realtors
and the local association as well as Strategic plan and MLS committees.
She is currently the President-elect of SoCalMLS for 2009.

down on the very topical issues of knocking down the artificial
barriers that handicap the real estate industry in competing with new
players who use better consumer focus and superior technologies to get
between the broker/agent and the consumer.
